Hilary Hough has extensive experience in lecturing on accounting, financial and general management topics. He also has a great deal of practical experience in general management, corporate finance and in advising and supporting the development of small and medium sized businesses in Ireland . He has, for a number of years, been responsible for and implementation of small business policy at the Bank of Ireland where he has also held a number of other senior positions. These include management roles in Corporate Banking, Credit Management and Financial Analysis and Marketing as well as terms of Head of Public Affairs, Managing Director of the Group's factoring and invoice discounting subsidiary and, subsequently, as Head of Business Services for the Group where he had responsibility for a property portfolio in excess of ˆ500m and major cost management programmes throughout the Group.

BRIAN MILLER BSC, MA
Brian has extensive lecturing experience and is currently a Senior Lecturer in Accounting and Financial Management at a UK university. Prior to this, Brian has held a number of positions including the Financial Controller for a manufacturing company, a Management Accountant for the Institute of Chartered Accountants . Prior to this, he trainer as a Trainee Auditor with Arthur Andersen.
NAJAM ABBAS NAQVI, CA
Najam Naqvi is a Chartered Accountant with over 12 years professional experience. Najam also acts as an independent Financial Consultant for a various business groups with multi-national exposure in organisations such as KPMG & Metito International.

As a trainer, his focus has been on conducting financial awareness courses for non-finance based Business Managers. He has conducted courses on the following:

• Practical cost and management tools;
• Budgets as a tool of business management;
• International Accounting Standards and their practical application;
• Practical Audit. The objective of this course was to allow small business owners a know how of basic audit function and how it can be adopted on a limited scale.

DR. MOHSEN DERREGIA, PhD, MBA, BSc
Dr Mohsen Derregia became an academic after spending several years as a successful entrepreneur. He currently lectures accounting and finance at one of the UK's leading business schools, and has spent several years working on research projects at a UK University. He has also worked on a number of consultancy projects, both within and outside the UK, and delivered many executive and post-experience courses.
