HILARY HOUGH, FCCA, FIBI, MMII

Hilary Hough has extensive experience in lecturing on accounting, financial and general management topics. He also has a great deal of practical experience in general management, corporate finance and in advising and supporting the development of small and medium sized businesses in Ireland . He has, for a number of years, been responsible for and implementation of small business policy at the Bank of Ireland where he has also held a number of other senior positions. These include management roles in Corporate Banking, Credit Management and Financial Analysis and Marketing as well as terms of Head of Public Affairs, Managing Director of the Group's factoring and invoice discounting subsidiary and, subsequently, as Head of Business Services for the Group where he had responsibility for a property portfolio in excess of ˆ500m and major cost management programmes throughout the Group.
