TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms of Business: Management Training & Consultancy Limited reserves the right to refuse admission if payment is not received. Payments have to be made before the programme takes place. All bookings will be acknowledged with a receipt and joining instructions.

Cancellation: Where the request is received in writing:
a. More than eight weeks before the first day of the Programme 50% of fee charged.

b. Eight weeks before the first day of the programme 60% of fee charged.

c. Six weeks before the first day of the programme 75% of fee charged.

d. Four weeks before the first day of the programme 100% of fee charged where delegates do not report for the programme on which a confirmation has been placed then the full fee will be forfeited.

 

 

Substitutes & Transfers: If unable to attend, you may send a substitute. A refund cannot be made for cancellations received eight weeks before the programme starts.

Substitutes & Transfers for Certified Courses (CMI & CIPS): If you are not able to attend, you cannot send a substitute because of the CMI requirements. However, a refund cannot be made for cancellation received from eight weeks before the programme is scheduled to take place.
