Jonathan Elliott
Jonathan is Training Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Legal Representative and Personnel advisor within a UK security company. He is also the author of three training manuals, Retail Security, Manned Guarding and Court Security. He is currently reviewing on behalf of the British Security Industry Association their published guidelines on event security.

Ian Thomas
Ian Thomas is currently the National Training Manager within a Security Group. He is responsible for all specialists security and management training within the company. His security experience stems from 12 years service in the British Armed forces, where he specialised in policing and security.
Ian has worked in commercial security for three years and has been responsible for developing and delivering a multitude of security based training initiatives.
He has worked on industry steering groups developing interactive multi media training and represents his security group at the UK industry training manager's forum. He has specialist skills in security surveying, risk assessments, loss prevention and investigations.
